The office, shops and open-air theater complex is located on Kifissias Avenue in Psychiko suburb. The building, of 4,800 m2 in total, hosts a five-storey office space as well as retail uses in the ground floor, an outdoor cinema and four basement floors with ancillary uses and parking spaces. The relationship between the building and the art of cinema as well as the introduction of new visions across the supralocal axis of Kifissias Avenue are the basic elements of the concept.
