The proposed hotel complex in Warsaw is conceived as a cluster of three ten-storey buildings arranged around a sequence of landscaped external spaces. The design approach creates an ordered architectural massing.
Each building is defined by a clear rectangular envelope articulated through a tight orthogonal façade grid. This grid, establishes a consistent architectural rhythm across the elevations and allows each hotel room to extend outward into its own private outdoor amenity space. Continuous horizontal bands define the floor levels and reinforce the visual coherence of the ensemble, while recessed glazing and balconies create depth and shading across the façades.
The most distinctive architectural feature is a series of curved perforated brick screens that project beyond the main façade line. These elements animate the facades, and they extend the floor plans toward the balconies, creating transitional zones that function as screened conservatories. The perforated brickwork filters sunlight and views, providing privacy while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors. The result is a balanced architectural proposal that combines geometric clarity, material richness, and carefully articulated outdoor spaces.
